LHMS FOOTBALL​​
Lake Hamilton will issue helmets, mouth pieces, shoulder pads, pants with pads, practice jersey and game jersey. All equipment issued belongs to Lake Hamilton Athletics and must be returned at the end of the season. DO NOT personalize jerseys by embroidering your name on the back! The ONLY issued equipment that is allowed to leave campus for any reason are the washables (pants, jerseys, etc.)
You need to supply a pair of football cleats (preferably black 3/4 top). We will supply a combination lock for your athletic locker.
We hosted FREE athletic physicals on July 26th at Hamilton West Medical Clinic. If you did not get your physical there, you will need to get a physical before school starts. Hamilton West sends us a list of those athletes that have physicals so you won't have to bring us a copy if you got yours there. We MUST have a copy of your physical to allow you to participate. We cannot take your word for it.

What we supply and what you need to supply:
All players stay after school on game days
You may deliver food or have it delivered to the FOOTBALL LOCKER ROOM. Athletes may also bring an after school snack from home and leave it in the COACHES OFFICE for safe keeping. Coach Sanders will send out a Remind text with all of the details each week.
Big J's Pizza (501) 622-8355 and Sunshine Grocery (501) 767-4614 will deliver food to the school. All you have to do is call an order in and pay for it. They have instructions on what time to deliver. Please do not bring order forms to the coaches. We don't order food.

WHEN YOU COME BACK TO SCHOOL.
Game Day Protocol:
Boys wear their game jerseys to school and check their equipment to make sure all shoes, buckles, mouth guards, snaps and strings are there.

We will send out a Remind letting the parents know what time to have food delivered to the school.

Home games will be played at our high school stadium (Wolf Stadium). Varsity teams will play first and JV teams will scrimmage after.

Away games will be played at the host school's high school stadium. All varsity will travel. Some JV players will travel. Not all players will travel. We try to make sure that all of the players that travel get some playing time. Obviously, varsity will get more playing time.
A player must be signed out by a parent at away games. If they are riding home with their parents, they need to take their belongings with them on the bus to the game. They also need to bring all of their equipment back to school with them the next day.
We will send out a Remind when we are headed home from an away game, letting the parents know what time we will arrive back on campus.
